Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and caring Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support our nursing team in providing patient care. The ideal candidate will assist with daily activities, help monitor patient health, and ensure patients are comfortable and well cared for.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
Take vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
Help with patient mobility and transport within the facility.
Provide basic care under the supervision of registered nurses and doctors.
Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and other medical tasks as directed.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Document patient information and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
Skill & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program.
Valid CNA certification (in accordance with state requirements).
Basic First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and under supervision.
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
Ability to lift and assist patients as needed.
